The National Crime Index reports on disciplinary actions including exclusions, debarments, probation and letters of reprimand. The Index includes information provided by (USA) Federal agencies as well as more Foreign agencies and certification agencies. The Index also references the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) SDN and Blocked Persons List.
Because disciplinary actions and other sanctions are tracked and reported by numerous agencies or associations in each state, healthcare employers frequently struggle to determine what constitutes a reasonable Index effort.
The Index includes information provided by Federal agencies as well as more than 700 licensing and certification agencies located in all 50 states.
The Index also references the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) SDN and Blocked Persons List.
